MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATION

A)   HONDURAN COMPANIES

B)   FOREIGN COMPANIES

C)    MULTINATIONALS

REQUIREMENTS TO AFFILIATE TO THE CHAMBER

1)    Fill up the membership application.

2)    Copy of the companies articles of incorporation.

3)    Referral Letter from 2 AMCHAM members recommending your company OR a proof of membership in another reputable Honduran Chamber and statement of solvency.

4)    A minimum of 2 years in existence.  

5)    Payment of the inscription fee.

6)    Payment of the first year’s membership fee.

ART. 13. Suspension of Membership.

Membership will automatically be suspended if annual dues

have not being paid within 90 days of payment deadline.

FEES

1.    $125 Inscription fee. (Only once during lifetime wile being AMCHAM member).

2.    A $350, $600 or $ 1,050 annual membership fee, according to type and size of the company. Classification will be done by AMCHAM.

NOTE: MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE PAYABLE ANNUALLY IN ADVANCE AND ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THE COMPANIES CATEGORY.
